Customers pay the Organizer's service price plus a 15% Neatly Spaces platform fee at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and Organizers receive their service earnings through Stripe Connect.

Neatly Spaces is an online marketplace, operated by NeatlySpaces LLC, that connects customers with independent home organizers. Neatly Spaces does not perform organizing services itself.
Independent home organizers and home organizing businesses can create a profile, list services and receive bookings. A professional license is not generally required to offer home organizing services, but organizers are responsible for any business registration or local permits where they work.
Creating an account, searching and browsing are free. Customers pay only for the services they book, at the price the organizer lists.
Customers pay through the app, and payments are processed by Stripe. Earnings are paid to the organizer's connected bank account through Stripe, minus a 15% platform fee. Organizers also choose a Standard (19/mo)orPremium(49/mo) plan.
Yes. Homepage Spotlight is $25/week and Highlighted Listing is $15/week. Premium includes one free Homepage Spotlight per month.
Customers can cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
